ABOUT MELODY:
Melody loves working with all levels of singers and especially loves a challenge. Typically, half of her students are professionals, while the other half range from complete, sometimes “tone-deaf,” beginners to intermediate and advanced singers. Melody works equally well with male and female and young and “not-so-young” singers. Her main objective, in addition to helping her students develop as vocalists, is to create a safe and comfortable environment in which they can freely express themselves.
Melody’s lessons provide students with an opportunity to deeply explore the voice, build confidence, and to develop healthy and effective singing practices which can be applied to any style of musical singing.
***Melody’s students regularly receive scholarships, placement in music schools and programs around the U.S., have won competitions, do well in auditions, are performing in successful bands and/or recording artists.

Melody teaches from a private studio in St. Louis Park, MN and Skype lessons are available!
Degrees:
Bachelor of Music, minor in Psychology from Michigan State University
Master of Vocal Pedogogy from Oakland University
